We understand how precious your loved one’s clothing is, and we take every step to ensure it is handled with the utmost care throughout the entire process.
Sending Clothing to Us
Once your order has been placed, we will provide detailed instructions on how to securely package and send your clothing items. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service for peace of mind, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
Production & Dispatch Times
All keepsake bears are handmade to order. Please see our website banner for current lead time. During busy periods, this timeframe may vary; we will always keep you updated if delays occur.
Delivery of Finished Keepsake Bears
Once your bear is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you using a tracked and insured courier service. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey home.
Shipping Locations & Costs
We currently ship within the UK. Unfortunately due to new GSPR regulations covering EU countries, I can no longer ship my products to the EU, Including Ireland.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery options.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your completed keepsake arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us within 7 days. We will work closely with our courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Whilst you are waiting for your order please bear in mind that all the products you see on my website are handmade from scratch by just one person, me - Emma in my home studio in Dorset. I can’t say how incredibly grateful I am for your patience during this time.

Delivery Terms
- We will despatch your order to the address you provide us when placing your order.
- You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver if you have supplied us with an incorrect or incomplete address.
- You agree that we will not be responsible for failure for you to receive your order if it is sent to a public destination e.g. workplace/college.
- You will agree that we will not be responsible if delivery has been attempted and parcel not collected from sorting office and returned to us. In this instance you, the customer are responsible for the re-delivery costs that will be incurred.
