1. What is a Memory Bear?
A Memory Bear is a handcrafted stuffed bear made from clothing or fabric that holds sentimental value — such as baby clothes, a loved one’s shirt, or other meaningful garments. Each bear is a unique keepsake, designed to preserve cherished memories in a tangible, comforting way.
2. What kind of clothing can I send?
We can work with a wide range of clothing, including baby clothes, shirts, dresses, pajamas, uniforms, and more. Soft, clean, and well-worn fabrics often work best. If you're unsure about a specific item, feel free to reach out — we're happy to advise.
3. How many pieces of clothing do you need?
Typically, one-two adult-sized item (like a shirt or pair of pants) or 6-9 baby items is enough for one bear. If you’d like to combine fabrics for a patchwork style, you can send more items — we’ll coordinate the design with you.
4. Can I include more than one person’s clothing in one bear?
Yes, absolutely. Many customers choose to combine items from multiple loved ones to create a truly unique tribute. We’ll thoughtfully blend the fabrics to reflect the story behind your bear.
5. Do you return unused clothing?
Yes — any significant leftover fabric can be returned upon request. Just let us know when placing your order if you'd like us to include it in your return package.
6. Can I customize my bear (e.g. add dates or a name)?
Definitely. We offer a range of custom options, including names, dates, short messages, or even hearts made from a special piece of fabric. Customisation details can be added during the ordering process.

7. How long does it take to make my Memory Bear?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks from when we receive your clothing items. During busy periods or around holidays, it may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.
8. Where do I send the clothing items?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive clear instructions with the shipping address for your clothing. Please include your order number and full name inside the package so we can match it to your order.

9. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we are unfortunately unable to offer international postage
10. What if my clothing is delicate or damaged?
We treat all garments with great care. If an item is especially fragile, we’ll reinforce it where needed and handle it delicately. If we have any concerns after receiving your clothing, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
11. Is the Memory Bear suitable for children?
Memory Bears are primarily keepsakes and are not intended as toys for young children, especially under 14 years old. While they are soft and cuddly, they are not tested to toy safety standards and are only to be used as display or comfort items.
