Refund policy

Each of our cherished keepsakes is lovingly handmade to order using your selected materials, making every item truly unique and personal. Because of this bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your keepsake arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at emmascherishedkeepsakes@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

If returning an item it is always advised to use a tracked shipping service to guarantee we will receive your returned item.  

Refunds -  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
